Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During high-demand periods, please allow an additional 1–2 days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We currently ship within the United States, with standard delivery typically arriving in 3–7 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipment has been processed.
Shipping Damage or Issues
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Crown & Ember is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, even if they are not received. Please get in touch with the shipping provider directly for assistance if this issue arises.
